Hello dear visitor of my shop!

Please note! I am unable to influence your local post provider in any way after the parcel leaves Ukraine!

If you have not received your parcel within 3 weeks:

- Contact your local post provider and demand the information on your parcel. There is a chance the notice was left and no authorized recipient was available.

- Please note: the delays may occur due to Holidays or some other reason. The Postal Service employees can’t cope with the flow of parcels and the delivery time may take up to 6 weeks.

- Sometimes the parcel is left unclaimed and got sent back to me. This happens in 2 weeks after the notice for the pickup was left.

- The parcel may be lost in the mail.

In any of the above cases we can always find a solution, but it requires time and approach to each situation individually.

♥ For ukrainian buyers - I can accept payments in local currencies to my local bank accounts. Please contact me to get details.
Shipping
♥ Shipping company: UkrPost. All items will shipped by registered airmail.

♥ Delivery usually takes about 1-3 weeks.
Please note that the local mail service may affect delivery time.
Refunds and Exchanges
♥ PLEASE NOTE:
- You need to pick up the parcel in 2 weeks after the arrival to your local post office. If you did not pick up the parcel on time it is sent back to me as unclaimed. After it arrives back to me (which takes another 2 weeks) I'll refund your money excluding the shipping cost.
* Money is refunded only after the unclaimed parcel is returned to me.

- If you wish for me to send the unclaimed parcel again you need to pay for another delivery.

- If the parcel was not delivered to you within 8 weeks and was not returned to me as unclaimed: I issue the search of a lost parcel with my post office. After the official response from my local post provider I get compensation for the lost package and issue a complete refund of the money to you.
