When ordering plants it’s possible to take up to a week to prepare for shipping. I carefully prepare all plant orders to arrive safely and in good condition. Pots are sometimes not included and ship in root ball fashion. in Sphagnum moss or bare root. Damage by carriers is rare and can be unpredictable. You must contact me same day as delivery with photographs should something disastrous occur in transit. In all likelihood, I can recommend steps for a plant's recovery. We may also have to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Priority Mail MUST be selected when purchasing in extreme weather conditions, above 85 or below 35 to activate safe arrival guarantee.

You alone are responsible for knowing if your state allows for the plant purchased. I do not refund for confiscated plants. I am licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture. I strive for happy customers! Please contact me with any questions or concerns!

What are the shipping options?

Anything over 1 pound must ship Priority Mail per USPS. Anything under 1 pound can go Priority or First Class. We encourage Priority Mail. Choosing First Class for mail shipments are at the buyer’s own risk. More exotic plants require Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Some may ship signature required at delivery. This protects buyer and seller from bad
circumstances, such as porch pirates. You must be available to receive your package on the first delivery attempt. No exceptions. Buyers can contact us for any other special arrangements for shipping services.

Do you ship internationally or to other states?

We do not ship internationally.

Within the US, all buyers are solely responsible to know and abide by their state’s plant and agricultural regulations. Any shipments pulled for inspection, quarantined or confiscated will not be refunded. No exceptions

Do you provide for extreme winter weather protection for shipments?

While we have never lost a plant to cold weather conditions so far, If buyer expects purchase to pass through very cold or freezing weather may add to their purchase, at minimal cost, Cold Shield Packing available at Julligan’s Island Plants as an add-on purchase. Any plant purchase that is not protected from cold weather damage by suffering cold weather damage without Cold Shield Packing will not be guaranteed. No exceptions.

Do you provide a safe arrival guarantee?

YES!!!

To meet our guarantee guidelines should something disastrous happen in shipping, the buyer must contact us the same day as delivery with photos. No exceptions.

Do you accept cancellations?

Generally yes. You may cancel a regular in stock shop order before it is shipped. Pre-orders, custom orders or special order commitments by buyers may not be cancelled or may incur a restocking fee.

What about returns?

Returns are really not a good idea for buyer as the goods must arrive in as good of condition as when they were shipped. Only partial refunds or no refunds are given for damaged items, depending on condition. Please contact us if you have special circumstances and we will work something out.
