First off I wish I could rate this shop a millions starts!!! The best service I've ever received!!! These are custom invitations that Julie designed with little help from me and I couldn't have imagine anything more perfect and beautiful. She is such a joy to work with and even though they took a couple days longer than expected, we were in communication the entire time! It was such a pleasure and I am so happy I stumbled upon her shop being a new user to Etsy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Julie! I look forward to working with you again on signs!!

The end result was what I ordered, sort of.. The invitation was supposed to be two sided, it wasn't. The order was not shipped when it was supposed to be. I was supposed to get a refund for not receiving the two sided invitation, still waiting.

Where it all started

Let's just say I'm the gal who all of my friends call when they need something done creatively. Whether it's wedding planning, surprise something or other for their guy or just anything in general. I try my hardest to do the best job I can and after doing shower invites for a friend last year she insisted I open my own Etsy shop. At first I was hesitant but after sitting for a few hours making sample invites I was pretty proud of what I came up with and said to myself "What the heck! Lets get the ball rollin'!"... and the rest was history :)

I love my life and wouldn't change anything for the world! I have the most incredibly supportive and handsome husband a girl could ever dream of having. I love him with my whole being and we welcomed our baby boy Walker Cash into the world on June 21st of this year! We have two of the most adorable pups ever and they will always be my little babies no matter how many real babies we have!

Returns and exchanges
Please make sure wording, address, spelling, dates, or any other text errors/typos or colors are exactly as you want them and all errors are addressed BEFORE I send to print. I don't send any orders to print until I receive a "they are 100% perfect" from you . This goes for digital designs as well, you are responsible for the cost of your printing if you catch an error after you've already printed your invitations. I will try and make any corrections I see, but the customer is ultimately responsible for approving the final proof.
 (please read that twice).

If there is a problem with your order and it is my fault (not spelling errors that you did not catch), I will reprint them and have them shipped quickly to you. If there is a spelling error that you didn't catch, then I will reprint but you will have to pay for the cost the printer charges.

Colors vary from monitor to monitor, so it is impossible for me to guarantee the exact color you see on your screen, although I make sure to get the colors to match exactly the way you described or to the colors provided in by you.

Once printed, exact colors and cut of the card are in the hands of the printer which I make sure to check before sending out, however if you are dissatisfied with the printed colors and wish to have them change, you will have to pay the cost of the reprint.

Digital Orders- no refunds at all once the proof is sent. You don't work for me, I don't either. Xo
For orders less than 20 invitations the total is $3 a piece.
This shop is not responsible for any stolen or lost items. Once the order is shipped and is marked as "delivered" it is between the customer (you) and the shipper.

If you are worried about an item not arriving or left at your door then please request a signature required. It will be an extra charge so let me know if you would like the add on.

All of the above in more detail...
If you do not request a signature required delivery for your shipment please know that if you find yourself missing your package but the package is marked "delivered" via FedEx tracking number, you are responsible for the reprint. I will be MORE than happy to reprint your order and get them resent out to you but you will be responsible for the cost of the reprint. A lost package/delivered to correct address given by the customer but customer doesn't have it type issue, is in the hands of FedEx because all was done correctly on my end. Additional policies and FAQs
No edits will be made to any design until the listing has been purchased. I am more than happy to go back and forth with however many edits you need until your invitations are perfectly how you envisioned. Just saves me the hassle of working for free if I do all of the work and then you change your mind.

I am starting to slow down working on the weekends so bare with me please! If you convo or order between Friday after 6 and Sunday (all day) your order will be completed on Monday. Thank you for understanding!

If you're using online websites for printing please check the sizes they the files to be for printing. I don't use them, never have and don't really have time to go and check them out to make sure you have the info you need. Please just look ahead of time so I know what size to make your invitation, if you will need a bleed and all that jazz. I don't mind re-sizing when I have the information prior to starting your design so just make sure to have your info ready before your purchase or before the final is sent to you. Thanks loves!
