Custom and personalized orders
I’d love to help you bring your ideas to life. I accept custom orders dependent upon my current order schedule. Please send me a message for our current turnaround time.
If you are looking for a certain color scheme or theme, please let me know and I can create a custom design just for you. Convo me and we can talk about options.
PAYMENT should be paid in full before any work will start on your custom orders.
Gift wrapping and packaging
It is possible an item to ship directly to gift recipients and includes a gift note or greeting card.
Care instructions
All dolls and soft toys can be washed in a washing machine on the wool program, but it is MUCH BETTER if it is HAND WASHED, with mild soap, in warm water. A towel can be used to squeeze the water out, it should be dried on wind and sun, never on a heater
Expedited shipping
We offer:
- STANDARD SHIPPING (priority mail)
- DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE 1-4 days shipping. Use the SHIPPING UPGRADE (Express shipping). If you order this, please let me know your phone number as it will be necessary for the courier to arrange a convenient delivery time.
I guarantee Ship By dates listed here on my Etsy shop. I have no control of packages once shipped. I can take no responsibly for orders delayed by carriers. If you believe your item is delayed or lost in transit and I will do what I can to rectify the situation. I will make sure you get your items.
International orders may incur a customs/import tax of some sort which is paid for by the buyer.
What should I do if I want to receive my item until specific date?
Please contact me if you have a specific date for the order being received. I will calculate the Express shipping price for you and your order will be delivered in about 1-4 days by DHL courier.
I can not assure shipping terms for national post delivered items.
Missing order policy
The order delivery time can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered, this is totally normal. If you still won't receive it after 4 weeks, please let me know - I will file a claim about the missing package and the post office will investigate a case. If it will be declared as missing or the process will take longer time than 8 weeks after the order was dispatched, I will issue you a full refund. If you need to get an order without delays and fast - please choose express shipping.

WRONG address
If the buyer accidentally has order shipped to wrong/nonexistent address the package will most likely eventually be returned to us. The buyer must pay shipping charges again if they would like the package sent again to another address OR place a new order if they do not want to wait for the original package to be returned to us.
Refunds fee
All returned items are refunded minus the shipping fee.
If the package comes back to us, because the recipient failed to collect the package from the post office or did not react to our notification about having to collect the item, we issue a refund minus shipping cost.
