We are two creative people that love to work with other creative people! You inspire us!
We welcome custom orders! Please allow a couple of weeks or so for custom dyeing and spinning. Please note that we do not begin custom work until after payment has been received.
We would be happy to reserve an item for you! Convo us if you are interested in a certain item, but are unable to purchase it immediately. We will hold items for up to one week, at which time they will be returned to a regular listing, which anyone may purchase.

RI 7% sales tax charged to all shipments of taxable items within the state of Rhode Island.
Orders are shipped when payment is received.
Payment is expected within 24 hrs of purchase. If you need more time, please let us know, otherwise the order will be canceled and the item re-listed. We are happy to reserve items for a few days, but please let us know before hand.
We ship via USPS, usually on Tuesdays and Saturdays to your PayPal address, please be sure to notify us if you wish it sent to a different location. If you need your fiber goodness quicker, please convo us for a estimate on the expedited shipping costs.
Sorry, but we are not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged enroute to their new homes.
A note about international shipping: it is this shop's policy to be honest - Both with our customers and the countries we ship to. Please do not ask us to fib on the customs form. We won't do it. Thank you.
Refunds and Exchanges
For all customers, if you are in any way dissatisfied with our product, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
Products returned within 14 days of the delivery date, in original (and re-sellable) condition are eligible for a refund, with the exception of fiber club materials and custom orders. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance costs.
