About

From my home to yours

I am a mother of three lovely children. Besides working full time, I also do Muay Thai after work each day. I have always had a passion for jewelry but did not have time to pursue much of it while the children were young. Now that they are grown, I can finally put aside some time for my interest in jewelry.

I have traveled to places as far as Thailand, Malaysia and Hong Kong to find beautiful jewelry findings I envision can be created into an assortment of earrings, necklaces, rings, anklets, or anything you can think of. People have the ability to design and create such imaginative jewelry pieces that continue to inspire me in my work.

Discovering more exotic and interesting jewelry motivates me to continue doing what I do, bringing tools to artisans around the world.

I really appreciate being part of the Etsy community, it has allowed me to realize my passion for jewelry and reaching out to others. In the past couple of years, I have had the opportunity to interact and deal with hundreds of wonderful people.

Welcome to Jsimplebeauty!

It is very important that you communicate with us via Etsy and not my personal email address. Since all transactions is via Etsy, we will answer all email through etsy.

Please read the shop policy and understand the policy before you place an order. Please do not place an order if you do not agree with shipping time, we love your business but we do not have control over postal service to speed up the delivery.

Please note that I am shipping from Canada, and due to Postal services and Customs on both side of the country, it may take between 1-6 weeks to deliver international packages, including US (some cases can take longer depending on both sides of Customs). If you do not wish to wait that long which is a rare case, please do not place an order. I am no longer able to refund delayed packages.

We reserve the right to cancel any sale transaction if payment is not received within 48 business hours of purchase. Please do convo us if you need more time.

If you pay by e-check, payment will take days to clear and you order will only be shipped after payment is completed.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via Canada Post regular mail and has no tracking number or insurance. Items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment process is completed. We ship on Monday - Friday (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays) Please understand that it is possible shipping may be delayed due to the unforeseen circumstances.

PLEASE NOTE:

Once they are dropped off, we are no longer responsible for the package. Also, we are NOT responsible for any applicable customs, import duties and taxes outside of Canada

Jsimplebeauty is not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in the hands of postal service. The safest way to ship your package is to insure your packages. A postal receipt for international shipping (including the US) is available upon request.

We always wrapped the products with bubble wrap that gives extra protection to the products.

An email will be sent every time your order is shipped. We will appreciate it if you can confirm when you receive the package. It’s always nice to hear from you.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

If you are not happy with your order please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order to arrange for return. We will provide you with all the information to make your return successful. We do ask that your items are returned in the original packaging and in unused condition. A full refund (less shipping cost) will then be issued via PayPal once the items have arrived back at Jsimplebeauty. A refund can only be done through the original transaction. You are responsible for the return shipping.

We apologize, but a refund cannot be issued if returned items are not received back to Jsimplebeauty.. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

Please do not hesitate to convo me with any questions. For query regarding your order, please convo me with your user id, date of purchase and the item purchased for speedy response.

If you have given a wrong address in etsy, the package might be returned to us and that will take 6-10 weeks, if the package ever get back to us. We are not responsible if the address provided in Etsy is not a current one.

Sellers have no control over postal services and the delivery time. There is no way to know what happens to delayed packages or why products are damaged once the package is sent. Do not blame the seller on the above; communication is the key to help ensure you have a positive experience. Leaving negative feedback on delayed delivery or damaged goods during delivery is unfair to any seller.
