Returns and exchanges
Items bought 'ready made' must be returned for a full refund within 5 days of receiving if you are not happy with the item, at the buyers expense and in the same condition they were received. Items made to order cannot be returned. You will be provided with photos of the work for your approval. If you do not like the result there is no obligation to buy.
