Announcement   2/29/2016 - Name Change and Trick r Treat!
That right, It's been around 10 years since we stated this shop on Etsy, and we only dabbled in Upcycling. Over the recent years, we have been doing a lot more creating with new materials. However, this does not reflect with the current shop name. So, we are changing our name to ZABADAS Props, Accessories, and other Geekeries. We will still have upcycled products, as well as brand spanking new hand made goods and art.

Also, Commissions are back up for the Trick r Treat Outfits. I am doing only 5 spots for this year for the Full Costume (Onsie, Mask, Candybar, and Lollipop) I will also have them Separate for Head, Lollipop, and Candybar, at 10 orders each. They will be taken off the Shop on August 30th.

9/16/2015 - I am done taking commission orders for Halloween season. I will start that back up February 1st.

Well, so far, so good. I don't really have an area where I can just sit and make Items for sale, but I'm still trying to make stuff.

The movie that I made props, masks, and apparel for will be using them when they start filming early next spring. I'm looking forward to seeing my work in a film.

Also, besides masks, I am possibly starting a venture with a friend of mine making Post-Apocalyptic Boffer Weapons. Primarily for use with games along the Dystopia rising type. First weapon I am perfecting is a bowling pin. Making two types. Close Combat, and throwing. I already have some retrograde masks, so check them out!

Working on a new mask/helmet. Looking good, like my old ones.

About

It Came from the Landfill

I always have been taking broken Items and turning them into either new things or just vamping them up. when I first heard about etsy, it was in it's early stages as well.
I have shipped my items all over the world, but it's still just a hobby thing.

Always been dealing with hand me down and trash at an early age. Some people can still see beauty and purpose in items.

Additional policies and FAQs
What is your favorite Items to make?
We Like to do a lot of work dealing with Goggles, Hockey masks, Luchadore Wrestling masks, Custom Action Figures, and Oddities in general. Feel free to ask us for any kind of custom Item you'd like, and we'll see about getting it made for you.

Where do you get your Items?
Well, most of our items are discarded by others. A lot of broken Items come through these hands, and they are stripped for parts to use in all of our creations. As a matter of fact, Most of our custom goggles are made with items that were never meant for eyewear in the first place. Cause we pride ourselves in ingenuity, and originality. True we do get some Items from the store to hel work on the items, but most of our items are about 90% recycled. THINK GREEN!!!

How many people work on this stuff?
Well, just one guy mainly. He is the brains, and hands, and heart of the store. True, every now and again, we may bring in another person for assistance, but it's 99% of the time... Him.

How long does it take you to make a pair of goggles?
Well, the longest pair was 4 days, and the shortest was 50 minutes. But on the average, our guy can pop out an awesome pair of goggles in around 9 work hours.

Do you have other exposure?
Of coarse we do! We have had our items displayed at GenCon 2008.
Our items were also feature in the first official music video made by Dr. Steel.
We had a pair of goggles shown on MTV News when they did a piece on Steampunk Culture.
We have also worked on pieces that will be featured in some upcoming budget horror movies.

What is your goal?
Our main goal is to make a name for ourselves by dressing the world in our one of-a-kind accessory items, and making the term Junk-Punk, a house hold name, globally.
