Junkin4Treasures' Shop Policies
I feel that people should get great customer service. If you ever have any questions or concerns I encourage you to contact me. I am here for the customer, and know what it's like to want to get the best customer service possible.
Mynshop is very ecclectic, but I promise your that I put a great deal of effort into each piece. I always shop around to try to bring you items for at the best price possible.
Payments should be received within 2 business days or item will go back up for sale.
I will ship via USPS, and I will upgrade if you let me know and buyer pays the extra fee to upgrade. My larger items ship UPS. If shipping costs are less than charged, I will reimburse the buyer for the difference.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is damaged you should immediately contact me with a photo of the damage so we can discuss the next steps to be taken. If it was my fault I will refund your money.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you see something you like and want a custom order, it doesn't hurt to ask. I may not be able to do it, but if you like my work it never hurts to ask. I'm ALWAYS up for a challenge and my prices are very reasonable considering the tome and effort put into finding the items and creating them.
