Picking our way through life enjoying dusting off the old and making it new again!

We love to travel all over and pick up the unique and unusual to share with the world. We have decided to start an Etsy shop to open up our resources to share with everyone. We are second generation junkers raising the third. Other than the vintage items all of our items are handmade in studio. We own and operate our family business and enjoy everyday of it. Welcome to the Junkyard Jezabel! We hope you find what you're looking for and then some! Our Goal is to provide our guests with unique and useful items. We pride ourselves on great deals, hot steals and speedy secure shipping! Returns and exchange details
Our vintage items are exactly that: vintage. They should therefore be considered previously worn or gently used unless otherwise noted. Please see all pictures I have offered before purchase. If you would like additional pictures please ask and I will be happy to take more and send you more pictures. If you have any questions about the item being purchased please feel free to ask and I will give you all the knowledge I know about the item. All items are offered and sold 'as is' and because of this, we do not offer warranties, exchanges or returns. If you feel we have grossly misrepresented an item, please contact us within 72 hours of shipment receipt so we can discuss resolution. A return/refund will require prior authorization.

Should such a case arise and return/refund is the agreed-upon resolution, original purchase price will be refunded less shipping and a 10% restocking fee upon receipt of the returned unused/unworn item. Return shipping is at customer's expense. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please read the item description and check measurements carefully before your purchase. Our pictures speak a thousand words. Please look at all of them. Thanks a bunch!
Payment
We use Paypal to make your shopping experience convenient and safe. I expect a timely payment if you've purchased an item, and will send one friendly reminder after 24 hours if payment isn't received. After the reminder, the sale will be canceled in 24 hours if payment is not received. If you wish to reserve an item, please convo me so that we're able to set up arrangements. We will expect a reserved item to be purchased within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed upon via convo with me.
Shipping
All items ship through the USPS, unless otherwise requested. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. I usually ship within a couple of business days from when an order is received, but if you need something sooner, just let me know. We try use recycled packaging when shipping our items. Please convo with us to let us know if you pefer differently.

MISSING ORDERS:
Please be advised that Junkyard Jezabel is not responsible for orders that get lost/stolen/damaged in the mail.. If you feel your order got lost please contact your local post office to attempt to find your order. Often times there was a lapse in communicating its arrival to you. I take detailed pictures and have policies to help protect me as a seller. If your item is lost/stolen or damaged upon delivery Junkyard Jezabel is not responsible once it has left my office and has been shipped. I ship most of my items priority which includes a $50 automatic insurance to the package. If you receive your item damaged, since it is in your possession it is faster to contact the local post office for notification of damaged package and you can file a claim online at www.usps.com. You will need the original receipt and packaging and pictures of the item. My address is 1320 N. Grand St. Hutchinson Ks 67501. I take pride in my product and my shipping and once it leave my possession it is out of my care.

Also if you give us the wrong address to ship an item to we are not held responsible to reship the item. Once it has left our shipping dept. it is your responsibility to track your package.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES
Once the package has left my studio I am not responsible for lost, stolen or packages held in customs. I am also not responsible for any damage to the package once it has left my studio. I will not be able to track any package once it has left the U.S.A. I will try my best to ensure safe arrival.
