Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Returns and exchange details
Returns are accepted (meaning I must receive it back) within 10 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or not as described. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us a message via Etsy informing us of the issue. Shipping costs, however, are not refundable, and you will need to send back the item at your own expense in order to receive a refund for the price of the item. If the item never makes it back to us or arrives damaged when it was not previously, a refund may be denied.

IMPORTANT: International buyers (especially those in the UK) should be aware that they may be required to pay customs / import fees in their home country before they're able to collect their package. Seller is not responsible for these fees in any way, and may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on any items that are returned by the post office due to the buyer's failure to pay such fees. Custom items will not be refunded.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS and include tracking numbers. Unfortunately, once an item leaves my hands, I have no control over it reaching you and am not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or delayed by USPS. These types of issues are very rare, but if you'd like to purchase insurance for your item, please let me know before you buy it, and I can add it in to the total cost.
