Returns will not be accepted for items that show evidence of having been washed or worn.
Hats are generally shipped in poly bags. This reduces the shipping costs you pay by roughly 75%, and few customers have ever complained about this (see my reviews). Should your hat arrive mishapen, hold the hat over a steaming kettle to soften the fibers, thus allowing you to restore the hat to its original shape. Feel free to contact me if you have any problems.

USPS First Class International shipments have been extensively delayed due to the COVID 19 pandemic, with some packages circulating in the mail for up to 4 months if they ever even arrive at their destination. Global Post International shipping contracted by Etsy has experienced similar delays. If you want to ensure faster transit times, please select Priority shipping.

5 out of 5 starsI bought this literally just to have a JP hat. No Halloween costume or anything. Took a chance because I wanted one like that moustachioed vet in the movie. I was not disappointed - this hat is legit. I see some folks having bought it just for a costume - it’s too nice for that. Will it hold up and weather okay? We’ll see - but it looks and feels like a carefully constructed garment. I suspect it will get better with age.
