Such a beautiful Item, I received it promptly and it is of a lovely quality. (I wore it on my first holiday with my husband and it matches my new blue and gold watch too!) Very pleased with my purchase!

Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment process is completed.

Orders within the US usually take 3-5 business days to arrive, and international orders usually require 1-3 weeks (these times are not exact, and depend on the mail service and customs practices of the specific country). Express/Priority shipping can be arranged

International Buyers: Please be aware that some countries may charge customs fees; buyers are responsible for paying their own customs fees. When shipping outside of the United States, I use US customs forms as required. These must be filled out accurately. I must comply with international shipping laws, and must declare all items as purchases; therefore, I cannot check the "gift" box on customs forms. Please bear any possible customs fees in mind when purchasing.


Buyers are responsible for payment of Customs and Duty Taxes.

Jurates Jewelry is not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in the hands of postal service. The safest way to ship your package is to insure your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want nothing more than you to love your purchase and have a positive shopping experience with me, so If you are not happy with what you received, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Bracelets and necklaces may be returned in new, undamaged condition for refund or exchange although FOR SANITARY REASONS, EARRINGS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED.The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to my shipping error or a defective product. Experience with the US postal service has been extremely reliable, but it is a wise idea to return the item with delivery confirmation. I am not responsible for returns that are lost being returned back to me, nor am I responsible for the shipping costs. Package your return carefully and if you are returning an order, please let me know so that I can expect the package and process your refund or exchange in a timely fashion.
Additional policies and FAQs
Do not copy my work and sell it in your Etsy shop. It also means taking my photos and posting in your FB shops, internet.... I work hard, and all my creations are original. I protect my rights as an artist, and will contact the Etsy seller who I feel infringes upon these rights. This also means you may not purchase any item, disassemble, and recreate it to sell in your store. Do not copy.
