How do I access my purchased templates?
Once you complete your purchase, you'll receive a PDF with a Canva link to access your templates. Simply click on the link, and you'll be directed to Canva where you can customize and download your templates.
I want to make a few changes to the design, will you do that?
Absolutely! I’m happy to accommodate most changes—just send me a message on Etsy first so I can confirm what’s possible.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the template?
Since digital products can’t be returned or undone, we’re unable to offer refunds after purchase. We recommend double-checking the description, features, and compatibility before buying.

How can I ensure the quality of my printed templates?
For best results, ensure that you download your finalized templates in high-resolution PDF format and use a quality printer or printing service. Check the print settings to match your desired output.
Which file type should I choose?
The file type choice is solely dependent upon where you plan to have the file printed at. For instance Walgreens requires a JPG where as Staples requires a PDF. If you are not sure just simply put that you would like both in your notes when you checkout.
