When did fashion become so complicated? It's exhausting and expensive to consistently follow what's trending - especially when these trends don't take into consideration that life is already a handful!
Let's go back to the basics.
Basic + Co. was founded by two best friends in Scottsdale, AZ. We love pop culture, we keep up with the latest trends, but that doesn’t mean we always subscribe to them. We live in yoga pants, hate to wear jeans and we long to unapologetically rock a t-shirt without feeling like slobs.
The masses think that being “basic” means you aren't interesting enough, original enough, unique enough, to foster your own sense of style. So you cling on to mainstream trends or brands, backed by celebrities or packed with buzz words. We think this is bullsh*t.
We’re taking back the word BASIC.
You don’t have to be high fashion to be a part of pop culture. You DEFINITELY don’t have to pumpkin-spice-latte and rose-all-day to be basic. You just have to be unapologetically authentically YOU.
