Just Ask Creations specializes in transforming natural gemstones and precious metals into wearable art jewelry. Our high quality custom designed jewelry offerings include bracelets, necklaces, pendants and earrings.
The jewelry shown in the product photos is the actual item you will receive with the exception of custom order bracelets which are handmade to size specification. Each jewelry design is handmade from inception to finished product in our USA Louisiana studio. They are not mass produced nor manufactured.
FREE SHIPPING is included on all USA domestic orders with most items shipping the same day or next day. Priority Shipping options are available for a nominal fee at time of checkout.
Gift wrapping is also available for a small fee and includes your personal gift message.

Please note that, although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact me with any questions about the color or size of any item before purchasing.
Are the stones used in necklaces real?
Yes, we use all natural gemstones.
How do I determine my bracelet size?
Ordering the incorrect size can result in improper fit.
Measure your wrist snugly at the smallest part of your wrist and add 1/2 inch to get the correct size.
Shipping your jewelry
Free domestic shipping is USPS First Class with Tracking. According to the USPS Website depending on where the item is being shipped, it can take estimated 3 to 7 working days in the US. When your item ships you will receive shipping notification through Etsy with tracking number.
Once I deliver your jewelry to the carrier I have no control over delivery dates or any carrier delays that may occur. Please contact your local Post Office regarding delays or missing packages. All packages shipped have a Tracking History and Delivery Confirmation.
Priority Shipping Option
If you need the package sooner than the estimated 3 to 7 working days, you can upgrade the shipping by purchasing Priority Shipping. This shipping option is available at checkout.
Processing Orders
Depending on when I receive notice of your purchase, I do my best to either ship the order the same business day or the next business day.
Custom order bracelets made to your size specifications can take an extra day before shipping.
Each piece is shipped in a small plastic bag, which is placed in a cotton lined gift box before being placed in a bubble envelope for shipping.

Do you collect VAT or GST on International orders?
The buyer is responsible for any customs charges, import fees, VAT (value added tax) or GST (goods and services tax). I am not authorized to collect a tax for international orders.
