Returns and exchanges
If you receive damaged product, please notify us within 3 days of receipt by email using Etsy convos interface and include a picture of the item so we can arrange for a claim to be filed with USPS.

U-PIC Parcel Insurance Claim Lost package
I will issue a refund on lost package after (Buyer) fills out a (Affidavit) on USPS insurance claim. For lost parcels, you must wait 21 days for domestic and 45 days for international locations. Lost claims for shipments sent to Italy require a 60 day wait before filing

Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as payments via Paypal through Etsy's secure servers.

Purchases will not be shipped until payment is confirmed. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase, otherwise the sale will be canceled.
Shipping
It is 3-5 business days processing time once order is placed and payment has cleared

In general, I ship very quickly. Shipping is completed most every business day (Monday-Friday and often times on Saturday).

Please verify that your address is current. Make sure that your Etsy and Paypal addresses match. If they do not, and I am unable to contact you, I will send items to the address provided by ETSY. We can not be held responsible for mail delays or orders "lost in the mail" due to undeliverable addresses.

Cancellation requests or change order requests must be made via etsy email (conversations). Please do not email me outside of Etsy as I do not check emails as frequently and need to maintain my Etsy sales and records separately.

In order to keep my shipping prices low, most items are shipped via USPS First Class mail in the United States and USPS International First Class to other destinations. US Priority Mail will be used when required (by weight).

Items Delayed ,Lost or Damaged in Transit: Once I place the item in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the USPS or International Post, I have no control over delays .

which DAMAGE may occur.

They are subject to ABUSE and/or EXPOSED to the Elements .

In the above being said I am not responsible or required to refund for ware or tear, damage or exposure to the elements which ever may occur in said basic use of lures that are purchased.
