BOWTIES - have fittings that allows adjustable neck size - hook and clasp at back of the neck allows bowtie to be removed without untying - however bowtie can be untied and retied should you wish to do so , OR bowties can be made with self fittings that mean bowtie has to be untied to remove .If there is no fitting option at check out please leave your preference when checking out

Please read descriptions of bowties carefully - colours and prints may vary although care is taken to make each picture a true representaion of the bowties
Prints may vary due to cut of cloth

Orders (except for custom orders) are ready to ship within 3 business days and are sent by tracked postage , worldwide . Shipping times vary according to country and customs
Please note delivery to some countries only track up to departure from France

Lost in post items - are not refundable as I use a tracked postage system

Local sales taxes / custom charges are the responbility of the buyer and not refunded by Justbowties

USA / Canada --- guidelines 7-15 WORKING days (depending on customs) PLease email me if your timeline is tight as customs processing will delay delivery
UK ----guidelines 5- 7 working days
EU ----guidelines 7-15 working days

Please note : other countries may take up to 21 working days ( depending on customs )

Working days : please do not count Sat / Sundays or holiday days

RETURNS : items should be returned unworn and using a tracked postage system and within 14days of delivery ~ refunds only given if items damaged ~ happy to exchange for any other reason and ONLY after discussion with shop owner & original order received
Items returned damaged or worn are not refundable .
Please note return postage charges are the buyers responsibility and will not be refunded & items lost on return will not be refunded
