I reached out about the arrival date of the item because ei realized after ordering that I may not receive it in time. (This was completely my fault as I missed the info on shipping times). they were wonderful and assured me they would could have my item to me on time. When it arrived, it fit perfectly and is gorgeous and soft and comfortable.

There definitely was some issues but after hearing back I totally understand and you can’t always control UPS, but they reached out and talked to me and definitely solved any problems I have. Can’t wait for the package to get here.
