Hello & Howdy! We welcome you to Just Hatched Productions' shop on Etsy! My husband and I are a hybrid pair; half from Wisconsin and half from Arizona so you'll see a real mix of fabrics in our quilts! (Gotta love traveling and shopping all across the country!) We pride ourselves at creating one-of-a-kind handcrafted and embroidered rag quilts that will keep you warm and make you smile! We usually don't make more than 6 using a particular fabric and each one of those 6 will be a variation of that theme! Each of our quilts are signed and numbered so yes, they are works of art to us! NO ONE will have a quilt just like the one you purchase! We also proudly use quality materials on all of our quilts so that they will last and become heirloom treasures!

Payment
We prefer PayPal, Mastercard or Visa as the forms of payment, but will also accept a money order. Please convo me if you live locally and would like to pay with cash.
Payment is expected within 5 days of the close of the sale. If payment has not been received by Day 3, I will convo you a friendly reminder. On Day 6, the item(s) will be relisted, appropriate feedback left, and non-payment will be reported to Etsy Administration. Exceptions can only be made if you convo me prior to the sale.
We will happily arrange Lay-A-Way on a quilt with you. Convo for more information if interested in this and we will discuss the terms before making a purchase. Everyone has a budget to follow and we want to work with you to make a quilt happen!

Shipping
While we do prefer to ship to CONFIRMED PayPal addresses if you want your package to be shipped to another address other than your confirmed PayPal address, please Convo JHP prior to purchase. We just want to be sure that the quilt will end up in the right place!
Note: JHP will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages mailed to unconfirmed addresses.
We generally ship within 3 days of receiving payment. In most cases, your item(s)will be shipped the next business day.
We ship UPS or FedEX only and we DO REQUIRE INSURANCE! It costs very little and protects us both.
We also offer combined shipping and will gladly combine multiple purchases.
JHP tries to recycle and re-uses bubble mailers and boxes when available. Please be aware of this when you receive your package if you think it looks like it has been tampered with. In most cases it's just us chicks trying to go green!!!
