If you'd like to return an item that you purchased, contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will provide you with a return address. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipment unless the return is due to my error or damage. When the return is received, a refund will be issued for the item price less shipping (if applicable). There is a 30% restocking fee for personalized items that are returned.

When will my order ship?
Production time is 1-5 business days, which is one week. I try to ship faster, but sometimes it's not possible. Production time can be longer during holiday seasons.
How do you ship?
Orders ship by US mail. Standard shipping is First Class or you can select an upgrade on the checkout page.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted. If the item is personalized, there may be a 30% restocking fee. Buyer to pay return shipping charges. Refund will be given after the item is received. Shipping is not refundable.
Do I pay sales tax?
If you live in Michigan, sales tax will be calculated on the checkout page.
