    Great product. Worked on my project with me for a few weeks and had no problems making alterations and refining the piece. 10/10

    Never shipped my package and when asked for a reason I was told she was sick. I waited for a response and 14 days went by. At this point I referred to Etsy and started a complaint. On the very last day possible Jess marked my item as “shipped” but it was never shipped. I furthered the case and I was immediately refunded. Hopefully she can figure a better system Etsy is a great selling platform.
