hello, friend!

Just Love Prints started out as a fun hobby. I'd come home from my 9-5 graphic design job and create Catholic art that I'd want to hang in my own home. It wasn't until 2016 that I decided to take a leap and leave my job so that I could spend more time with my husband. He sailed as a Merchant Mariner and would be gone for a month at a time. We were newlyweds and missed each other a whole lot. Since leaving my corporate job, Just Love Prints has grown significantly (thanks to you!) and in 2019 my husband was able to leave his job to help me with the business and homeschooling our daughters. It's been a dream come true getting to create products I'm passionate about as well as spend time with my family. Thanks for being here! The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I value your business and strive for 110% satisfaction! If there is an issue with your purchase, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate your concerns.
Payment
Payment is due at time of purchase. After payment has been cleared, and you have approved your proof (custom orders), I will ship your item!
Shipping
I ship most of orders from my studio in Connecticut. Please note: Mug and 18x24 print orders are shipped by a separate U.S. vendor, so production & shipping times can vary. See below for details.

U.S. Orders (other than mug & 18x24 print orders)
• Your order will be FULFILLED in 1-3 business days. SHIPPING time is in addition to fulfillment time.
• USPS First Class shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.
• USPS Priority Mail shipping typically takes 1-3 business days.
• Tattoo and sticker orders (4 or fewer packs of tattoos, 6 or fewer stickers) are shipped via letter and take 5-7 business days to arrive

Mug and 18x24 print orders:
Your mugs and 18x24 prints are made to order, and will be fulfilled by a separate, U.S. vendor. Shipping time is in addition to production time. The following are their production times:
• Normal schedule: 2-4 business days production time (+ shipping time)
• Holiday schedule (Nov. 19th thru Dec. 31): 5-7 business days production time (+ shipping time)

International orders:
International orders typically take 10-15 days to arrive, but can take longer depending on location or possible customs delays. Customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Information I Collect

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Data Retention

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Object. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
