I strive to always provide the best possible quality items. I want you to feel you have received great value for the dollars you have spent.

Even though I am new to Etsy I have sold on Ebay for years, and can be found there as a seller by doing an advanced search, search by seller, and look for the name "movestoofast". I have 100% positive feedback there so you know you can buy with confidence.

Please be assured you will receive prompt attention. Items ship quickly and are packaged extremely well to prevent damage.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
At this time I only accept Paypal as payment. You probably know you don't have to be a registered user or register with Paypal to be able to process a payment with them. They are a well known payment processing company that has a great track record.

If you become a repeat buyer, I may at some point decide to take personal or business checks, but at this time I am unable to do so.
I prefer to use UPS for shipping within the lower 48 states simply due to their precise tracking. And I have also had great results when I have had to file a damage claim.
Small items will ship by USPS.
Fed Ex will be used for all Canadian shipments, as that is what the residents of Canada prefer.

Fed Ex or UPS may be used for international shipping due to flucuating rates and the fact that I try to get the best possible rate for my shipment.

All merchandise is packed with utmost care to prevent damage. However, if you should receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please save the box and all packing materials as the carrier may ask to inspect them. Notify me as soon as humanly possible so I can file a claim, and send you a replacement, if applicable, for the damaged item. Since my items are all hand crafted by me I may not have an identical item to send immediately, but I will try to create another identical item for you as soon as possible. If it is an expensive hand made item, once the claim has been paid for the damages I will gladly refund your money if you do not want me to try to replicate the piece you bought.
Refunds and Exchanges
All handcrafted items have the size, dimensions, and specifics of the item clearly stated in the listing. Please read them carefully. I will not refund an item because it is "smaller" or "larger" than you thought it would be!

If you are not happy with your item, you must notify me within 3 days of receipt. I can either issue a refund, or offer to replace the exact same item. I cannot, however pay shipping costs to return the item to me. You will be responsible for returning the item to me in new unaltered and un-used condition and for paying the shipping charge to return the item. Once I have inspected the item and verified it is in new unused condition I will refund your money or send you a replacement.

On footstools specifically, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover all of my associated shipping expenses and fees. You must receive pre authorization from me to recieve a refund for a footstool. Fabric swatches of each footstool listed are available and I urge you to ask for one prior to purchasing if you are in doubt as to color matching, quality of fabric, etc.

I will not issue a refund for items that were damaged in shipping due to improper packing for the return journey to me. Therefore all items returned will have to be packed as well on the return journey to me as they were when they shipped to you.

I urge you to inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. This will facilitate a speedy noticification to me if there is a problem or you are not happy with your purchase.
