In order to fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, payment information and the product you are ordering. During the order process, you may choose to provide additional information to include contacting me in person.

By initiating an order with me as listed above, you are providing me with consent to use this information to fulfill your order requirements to include follow up communication from me regarding the merchandise, order details and things I deem relevant to quality control. By placing an order with me, you consent for me to use your information to provide all facets of my services, to settle disputes, meet legal obligations to include court orders and address legal claims in a valid court of law. Your information is used internally to improve my services as needed for future buyers and your information is used so that I can maintain compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. Your information is also retained as part of meeting my reporting requirements for various government taxing authorities.

Mailing List:

I do not mail promotional articles using traditional mail. I do not perform e-mail Marking.

Information Sharing & Disclosure:

Your information may be provided to trusted 3rd parties only as far as required to fulfill my obligation to you as it relates to the safe delivery of your purchase. These 3rd parties include USPS, Mailbox Express, FedEx, and other trusted delivery & packaging services.

Information is shared with Etsy and Whatever Financial Institution you choose to use for payment only so far as is necessary for you to complete your transaction. Your financial payment provider & Etsy each have their own privacy policies which you should review. I do not keep any of your credit card or paypal information beyond that which is necessary to document your payment. (i.e. I do not store credit card numbers)

In order to be in compliance with the laws I may collect, use, retain and share your information as I believe is reasonably necessary to: respond to legal process; to respond to government requests; to enforce my agreements, terms and policies; prevent, investigate and address fraud in a transaction; to prevent any action that I may consider illegal, a security threat or technical issue; and to protect the rights, property and safety of my customers or others.

My Data Retention Process:

Your information is retained in SixBit software (my product management software) until such time as it is deemed unnecessary by me to keep the information; Typically 12 months. Your data is retained indefinitely in PDF format using Neat Software for future government reporting requirements (audits, Taxing authorities, legal services, etc). Your data is not retained by me using any other methods. You transaction my be retained by Etsy & your financial institution and they each have their own privacy policy outlining retention.

Data Sharing:

Beyond what is legally required or required as noted above to fulfill your order, I do not share, transfer or sell your information with or to any third party.

Your Rights as a Customer:

Where the law is concerned, in certain nations and territories you have a number of rights as it relates to your personal information. These rights are not all inclusive and may not apply to you depending upon where you reside.

Your rights may include; Access to receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the information below; The ability to change, restrict or delete my us of your information (except where I am required to maintain those records for legal or Government required purposes); The right to object to my sending marketing messages after providing your express consent to receive them; You have the right to raise concerns about my use of your information if you reside in certain nations and territories with the appropriate governing authorities.
