I never received my order. Where did it go?

This is a review of my customer experience ONLY, not of the product which was never sent. After several weeks, I finally opened a case, at which point I immediately received this response to Etsy. I had not received a personal response/apology from her: --The patron did not get an immediate reply because I have been out out town as it was THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY WEEKEND and I was away spending time with family and not online. I got back late last night and will be checking with my assistant first thing tomorrow (Monday 11/29) as she is the one responsible for mailing, updating order status, and keeping up with the tracking information.-- We are deeply offended and have refused the order. We have never experienced this behavior on Etsy and won't do business with Witchy Woman/Just A Mountain Witch again.

Never recieved it unfortunately!!! I was issued a refund though.

I purchased this broom and an herb bundle for a wedding gift, and the bride loved them both! The shop owner was also incredibly kind, taking the time to explain each element of the pieces and what they meant/did. Would definitely shop here again!

Bought these for a friend as a wedding gift, along with one of this sellers' besom brooms. The seller was wonderfully kind in telling me all about the symbolism in and properties of each piece, so I could share that with the bride. And my friend is incredibly pleased with the pieces. I recommend this shop very highly!
