FYI:
• Signatures like i.e. Husar D., Bijoux M.G., Lilien - are not vintage, these names did not exist in the past times, all these companies were all established after 2005 making new jewelry in vintage style.
• In 1948 the industry and all private companies in Czechoslovakia were nationalized by the Communists. Between 1948-1990 private jewelry makers simply did not exist, therefore pieces made within these years can not be signed. After the 1990 sthe companies were slowly returned to private owners.
• Aurora Borealis was developed by Swarovski in 1955 - pieces with AB can not be older than that.
• A lot of products like rhinestone trees and costume jewelry were found in the Czech factories after they were closed, before these items coud be finished and sold. These unfinished items are not plated on the reverse, with visible soldering. It is how jewelry looks before it’s finished, the solder is meant to be covered (plated) with rhodium, gold or silver.
• Unfinished piece do not have any mark let alone a designer signature.
