Whimsical, handmade and one of a kind jewelry

I have been creative for as long as I can remember. I work in a variety of disciplines and I choose whatever materials I think my pieces need. All my jewelry is one off designs and therefore unique. I think of each piece that I create as a work of art, a sculpture that you can wear and my hope is to create something that will express your individuality and uniqueness.
My husband, family and friends are great support and I wouldn't start this shop that it wasn't for them.

My twins are my little helpers. They like to help picking beads and stones in store. They also help with taking pictures of finished jewelry. Those little hands are so cute when they put beads on a string or help cleaning up spilled beads :).

Additional policies and FAQs
I suggest all my jewelry be worn by adults or responsible children. Due to their small parts they could be a dangerous choking hazard to young children.

Finished polymer clay items are actually pretty sturdy,
especially when it is a solid object, but that does not mean
there is no care involved. Thicker/solid items (beads,
statues, etc) are easier to care for. Thinner items
(hollow edge of 3D flower petals, any small or thin item)
require more careful handling so as not to break them.
But since most people treat their art with care,
I would hope you would know this already *smile*.

1) Keep away from temperatures over 85 degrees.
2) Keep out of direct sunlight. Colors can fade over time.
3) Keep away from any oil-based product. Mineral oils
(often used in hand lotion and other beauty products),
petroleum based products (Vaseline, and other products),
and other similar type oils (cooking oils?)
4) Keep away from propellants. Hairspray, perfume, and any other things you spray.
5) Do not use with food. A polymer bowl (or any clay product)
should not have food in it, on it, or around it, unless there is
something else used as a liner (plastic, glass, metal, even paper).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS for Paper jewelry:

The paper beads are protected using a moisture-resistant sealant which allows the jewelry to be moisture proof. However, I would still recommend keeping all items safe from the rain, your bath time and the washing up!

Now, all of that does not mean that you can not enjoy a polymer and paper creation!
If you wear a necklace with polymer clay beads or paper, for instance, just be sure
to put it on after you use the hairspray and perfume! If you take care
of your polymer items (or paper) they will last a VERY long time. Just treat with care,
as you would your other fine jewelry, sculptures, etc., and you will do fine!
