Unique gifts for quirky people!

My work showcases my ...different... sense of humor, while still retaining functionality. There are several recurring themes to my work; but essentially anything that amuses me is fair game.

Most all of my work is made from a mid-fire porcelain, covered in a colored liquid clay called slip, which is then carved back through to reveal the white clay underneath. The pieces are all dishwasher/microwave/food/etc. safe unless otherwise indicated, although hand washing is always best!

Howdy! Everyone says that you are your own worst critic - and I take that seriously. If a piece doesn't meet my approval (would I put it in MY house?) - it's not offered for sale.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you have two weeks (14 days) from receipt to contact me. As all items are individual, I cannot promise that I will have an exact replacement - but I will work with you to replace the item with something of equal value. The replacement will be shipped at no cost to you - all I require is a picture of the damaged item in the packaging.

Aside from the basics - I am more than willing to work with you on shipping and payment. Need something shipped faster or further? If it's possible, I can do it! Just send me a conversation before you order.
Items are all shipped USPS Priority (generally 2-day) - which provides a tracking number and insurance. If you would like something different - please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate. As well, all items are shipped in mostly recycled material (I order a lot online). If you would like this to be shipped with all new materials, please let me know before ordering.

I have estimated all shipping costs HIGH, as I have found that the online estimate tends to be under priced. The difference (if there is one of more than $1) will be refunded if the shipping charged is over. In the unlikely event that I am undercharging shipping, I will absorb those costs myself.

**update 2/29/16** I base all of my shipping costs off of a 10x10x10" box with a smaller box packed inside. (Unless, of course, the item is bigger than 10") Some items are smaller, and would be shipping only in a well-packed smaller single box - therefore likely resulting in a shipping refund. Again, if you need a more accurate estimate, please contact me before ordering.

If you are interested in more than one item, and would like a more accurate shipping estimate - please contact me before ordering. Multiple items to the same buyer/address will be shipped together unless otherwise specified.
Additional policies and FAQs
SHIPPING INFO - please read my full shipping policy, but basically your item will likely ship cheaper that what I have charged. As I pack fragile things to survive the trip, but also use recycled materials, I cannot reliably estimate costs ahead of time. So anything more than a $1 difference in your favor will be refunded. Need an exact price? Just ask and I'll pack it like I'm gonna ship it and find out!

Want a custom order? Message me and ask - we can work out times/prices/etc. While I can't alter anything that is already made (unless you want it broken... why would you want it broken?) I do have a LARGE backstock and may already have something similar to what you want. If you want something special - we can discuss!
