Only note is that if you have thin slippery hair like I do, I would have the charms a little higher up (they were slipping throughout the night I wore them out), or use a clear tiny hairband underneath it. I tried that and it doesn’t slip at all after that :)

Can I get a refund due to change of mind?
We accept returns however, the return postage is to be covered by the buyer. We will not issue a refund until the product has been inspected and is in its original condition.
Can I get a refund because my parcel took longer than expected to arrive?
Due to the current events happening around the world there are expected delays in postage as postal systems deal with the high demand of online shopping. We ask that you please be understanding if your order takes longer than expected to arrive. We are not liable for late delivery incurred by postal service. If your item is late and you would like a refund we can provide a refund once the items have been returned and inspected. The return postage is at the buyers cost.
Do you offer coupon, vouchers & discounts?
Yes, we sure do. We periodically offer discounts and coupon codes on all the accessories in our shop. Only one offer can be used at a time.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on US standard orders over $50, always!
We also offer 15% off on your second order and a 30% off thank you voucher when a review is left.
How fast do your products ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.

3-5 days for express post

10-15 business days for standard post

I received a damaged item, can I get a replacement?
If you receive your KELA hair jewelry and it is damaged in some way, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your name, order number and a photo of the damage so we can help you with a replacement.
