Shipping Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing the ordering process. We will no longer correct address mistakes or ship to substitute addresses. If address is unverifiable, order will be canceled.
Refunds will not be provided when tracking shows "delivered" to the address provided by customer. USPS should be contacted for more information on the location of the package.
Refund Policy
We value your business and satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt (customer pays return shipping). We will gladly accept the return provided that all merchandise is in its original packaging and is in no way damaged or used.
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that has been damaged in transit, you may return it for a refund (seller pays return shipping). Please contact us within 5 days of purchase with details of the problem. Should an item arrive damaged, immediately photograph the packaging as received. This is REQUIRED by the USPS for a claim. Refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of merchandise back to us.
