星 5 個のうち 5 個Karla is dream come true. She crafted a dress that made me feel like a beautiful, whimsical bride. The quality of the materials and the construction, the customizations, the open line of communication with Karla - all of it took the experience from amazing to exquisite. I decided on a custom dress because as a bigger-bodied woman, I did not feel included in the any of the bridal stores - they didn't carry my sizes, or treated me differently, or had a specific line for "curve" that was just...frankly..not cute. Karla jumped in, and IMMEDIATELY made me feel like I deserved everything a bride could ever want. She took my measurements, guided me through the process, and delivered a dress that fit like a glove. I will cherish this work of art forever. Thank you, Karla for being so kind and talented!!

My dress fit like a glove— I’ve purchased other custom-tailored clothing and nothing has ever compared! She does not cut any corners and the pride she takes in her designs speaks for itself. Not only was the dress beautiful, but it was made with the utmost care. Karla’s love not only for her designs, but also for her customers is apparent from the personal touches she leaves throughout, such as a handwritten note and customized tag inside the dress. Her customer service is unmatched. She assured me throughout every step of the dress making progress. She was prompt with communication and put me at total ease. I hope to purchase another dress from her one day! 🩷 thank you for designing the dress of my dreams.

星 5 個のうち 5 個I bought two items from Karla — the long satin skirt with the lace corset top, and then I saw this, too, and I knew I wanted to buy the matching lace mini skirt, as well so I could re-wear for another occasion! I am so, so glad that I did… the set is absolutely stunning! The pearl beading is to die for. Can’t wait to buy more!

I wore this as my second look, and got so many compliments on this! The lace, and the hand-sewn pearls… stunning! I can’t recommend this shop enough, and I can’t wait until I have another occasion to go to so I can buy another party dress from her! Wowowow!

I work as a Bridal Stylist and see, touch and try on SO MANY wedding gowns and Kayla's work is at the same level, if not better than some of these high end designers! Her communication process has been 20/10, she is quick to respond and sent updates throughout the entire process. I am so excited to be wearing this dress in two weeks! The fit, the fabric, she truly has a talent! THANK YOU KAYLA!!! I will be telling everyone to support your work and I look forward to continuing to seeing your work over the next years!

Payment and Non-Refundable Policy
Full payment due before services are rendered.
The Client agrees that the total payment amount is due in full and is non-refundable. The Client acknowledges that all payments made are non-refundable and the Designer will retain all payments as compensation for time, resources, and commitment to the project.
No partial refunds will be granted under any circumstances after full payment is received.
Reservation of Timeframe
The Client agrees to reserve a specific timeframe for the Designer’s services, which includes time, resources, and availability required to complete the bridal garment. This timeframe is non-refundable and cannot be altered once confirmed. The Designer’s time is reserved exclusively for the Client during this period and is considered a binding commitment.
Cancellation and Forfeiture of Payment
In the event that the Client cancels the order, all payments made will be forfeited. The Client acknowledges that once the order is confirmed, the Designer will not issue any refund. The Designer retains all payments as compensation for the time, resources, and commitment made to the project.
Final Photos
Once your garment is completed, Client will be provided final photos for confirmation before it is packaged and shipped.
Final Acceptance and Satisfaction
Upon completion of the bridal garment, it is the Client’s responsibility to review and communicate any concerns before final delivery. Once the garment is delivered or the final fitting is completed, no refunds will be made. Minor alterations may be provided after the final fitting. Significant changes may incur additional costs. Shipping costs are not covered in the total for alterations.
Client Acknowledgement and Agreement
The Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined, including the non-refundable payment policy, the reserved timeframe, and the cancellation terms. The Client further affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions specified.
