With ongoing country wide supply shortages, on top of already delayed shipping and labor issues, I am experiencing longer creation and processing times for new orders. I urge all of my customers to please get their orders in sooner rather than later to avoid any possible delays. If you haven't heard, USPS and other carriers, are struggling to keep up with unprecedented demand and influx of mail/packages they are receiving. Shortages in staffing and funding due to the impacts of the pandemic, have caused some serious shipping delays. It is unfortunate that these delays can take up to 4 weeks to complete a delivery. If your order is stuck "In Transit", it is possible they are not being scanned at every stop or distribution center. Rest assured your order has shipped and if after the 4 weeks you still have not received it, please let me know at that time so we can work out a resolution. Thank you for your continued patience and Happy New Year!

Returns and exchange details
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the item you have purchased from our store. We will replace, for free, ANY item which arrives broken. Please unpackage your items carefully and inspect thoroughly. If your item does arrive broken we need to be notified within 72 hours of receipt or will no longer replace the item for you. We will assume it was broken by you and not in transit. We will refund ONLY if the item is shipped back to us first minus original shipping costs. Please note KINGFOUR does not pay for return shipping. You, the buyer, are responsible for any return shipping costs and/or fees. If for ANY reason you are not happy with the item you received, please contact the shop right away.

Shipping
We recently added a RUSH shipping option to our shop. This guarantees your item be created, painted and shipped out to you in 7 days or less. Our current lead time for most items is 2-4 weeks.
We use USPS and FedEx on all of our packages. Domestic packages generally take between 2-9 days. International times can vary and we are NOT responsible for additional custom costs you may be required to pay.
It is not our responsibility if you fail to pick up your item OR if a package is stolen or lost. If it gets sent back to us, we will most likely resell your item to someone else unless you repay for shipping costs. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service purchased from the carrier and is not associated with the cost of your order, so any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier (USPS/FedEx).
Your items are carefully packaged and 100% guaranteed to arrive safely. All packages are insured and will be claimed if arrived broken. Please message us if you have any questions/concerns, we will be happy to help!

International Shipping Terms and Conditions for International Buyers:
The buyer assumes ALL responsibility after the order is shipped by KINGFOUR to pay any import duties, taxes, charges, etc. These charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. We do not discount or refund any fees associated with your order after it arrives. If there is a concern, please check with your country’s customs office to determine what this additional cost may be.
It is illegal for KINGFOUR to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a “gift” in order to avoid customs fees. Such a request will be reported to Etsy and may result in a suspension of the buyer's account.
Any order not claimed by the buyer may end up being “returned to sender”. If and ONLY if the package is returned to us we will refund the cost of the item(s) only. Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded. 
If an item is in in “customs clearance” for longer than 45 days, an insurance claim for a lost package will be reviewed and ONLY if the insurance claim is accepted will the buyer receive a FULL refund, otherwise if the claim is denied, zero refund will be given. Insurance claim acceptance is determined by the United States Postal Service and is beyond the control of KINGFOUR.
It is HIGHLY encouraged you leave a phone number on your order for the customs form. This can be done in the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout OR you may direct message me with your contact information. A phone number has been shown to help reduce International delivery issues, especially during the pandemic.

Currently, we do not offer wholesale accounts. However, under certain circumstances we can give bulk (5 pieces or more) discounts. Please contact us for details.

What happens if my item arrives broken?

Our items are extremely fragile and we take extra care in how they are packaged. In the rare and unfortunate event your item arrives broken, please inform us within 72 hours after you've received your order. Please send us pictures of the damage and keep the box and packaging in case the USPS needs to see it for insurance purposes. If all is approved, we are happy to send a replacement to you free of charge.

Lost or Stolen package?

Ownership of packages transfers to the you the buyer after turning over your package to USPS when shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or stolen packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
