Disappointed – Bad customer service – bad attitude – not at all what expected. Paid for a custom logo, not worth it with KLG. I can tell she was overwhelmed, frustrated and telling me in a email and I quote: “Everyone wants their work done yesterday.” I paid for a custom logo and I felt I got a cut and paste misspelled project. She continued with “I am willing to refund you half. You can expect it within 15 days. I will be sending you the PSD Layered File as it shows all that I have worked with or incorporated into creating.” I told her there was no need to send me anything as I could not use a misspelled logo, and I would be embarrassed to use it. Still waiting for refund from the 28th of February. You will all be happy to know I have a CUSTOM logo now and I got it within 8 business days of paying for it and in one shot.

Sadly, this client wanted to end the order process. As explained, I will not copy another designers work. In Custom Designing it takes a concept to create, going back and forth with previews, feedback, ideas and suggestions. Designers are not mind readers! This product was not near completion. I do not Cut & Paste anything. I work with Photoshop, all Custom Orders are created layer by layer. The "s" in Linens was left off on purpose, to prevent previews from being used. My shop policies state once work has been started there are no refunds. However, I agreed to refund half, minus any fees. Refund will be mailed on 3/28. I wished her well and sorry it did not work out to her liking.
