The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Please contact us via Etsy conversation if you wish to return an item. Returns are accepted only if the item has been miss-represented in the listing. Exceptions may be considered, but are subject to restocking fee and buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If an item is lost or damaged in shipment-please take send us photos of damage and we file a claim with the shipping service on your behalf. When the claim is paid, we will refund your payment.
Payment
All prices are listed in USD. I prefer payments via PayPal and/or credit card as this will expedite shipment of your item(s). I also accept: cash, cashiers check, money order and personal checks. 
Payment is due at the time of purchase if you are using Paypal or credit card. Other forms of payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. Personal checks and uncertified cashiers check or money orders may be held 5-7 days for bank clearance. Indiana residents add 7% sales tax. Please contact me via Etsy conversation if you have any questions.
Shipping
We pride ourselves for Fast & Safe shipping Worldwide. All orders are shipped immediately following receipt of payment via Paypal or credit card. Payments received via snail-mail (cash, cashiers check, money order or personal checks) are shipped as soon as payment clears our bank (which can take up to 7 days). We ship via US postal service and UPS (for heavy items). Tracking numbers are available upon request-just contact me via Etsy Conversation.

International buyers should be aware delivery may take several weeks to arrive. Many countries do not provide delivery confirmation-therefore, we cannot be held responsible to claims of non-receipt.
