Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
All signs and ornaments are cut to order and will ship 2-3 business days after your purchase date. Shipments go out Monday through Friday via the USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with all the tracking information. You can also find this information when logged into your Etsy account. Click on "Your Account" on the homepage and then select "Purchases and reviews" to see the details of your order.
Can I get 2 hearts on my state?
Yes, we're happy to add a second heart to a state if you've lived in multiple places. Please leave that request in the personalization field when adding the state to your shopping cart.
Can I get a white heart for my state?
No, we do not offer a white heart. Our lightest option is the natural birch.
Do you cut countries or only states?
We offer a few country cutouts but not all countries translate well in this form so it depends on the shape. You can find them here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1236929527

How do I hang my state so it's level?
Your state comes ready to hang using a precut keyhole. For the most secure hold, we recommend hanging it on a nail or screw with a head. When inserted into the wall, the head should be roughly 1/4" or less from the wall surface. This will ensure a snug fit when hung and allows for small adjustments to correct leveling issues. If the nail or screw head is too far from the wall, the state will hang loose and you can't make those small adjustments.
