The complexity of Kimchi Salt is unlike any other seasoning!

Kimchi Salt is unlike any other seasoning for several distinct reasons: it is designed to deliver a delicate and nuanced enhancement to any dish. The complexity reacts uniquely to temperature, cooking medium, and cooking method, as well as to sugars, fats, acids, and proteins. As you know, most seasoning salts taste exactly the same no matter what you use them on- that is why they do not work in/on just any foods and must be used appropriately in order not to dominate the items that they are seasoning. Kimchi Salt does not perform in the manner of other seasoning salts due to its reactive nature and sophisticated flavor profile. You will find the tang of Kimchi Salt more prevalent on certain foods than others. You will find the spice more dominate on other foods. We at KQ Bistro say it tastes great on everything because we haven’t come across a food yet where it has not elevated the dish. Place Kimchi Salt directly on the tongue and you will first receive the tang, then comes the spice, and finally the salt. These three tastes will fluctuate in order and magnitude depending on how and what you use Kimchi Salt with, but in our experience, the result has always been favorable. Enjoy!
