5 out of 5 starsItem is as beautiful as advertised and feels high quality. Seller was fast with communication and delivery of a proof to make sure the order is perfect. I had to rate the shipping poorly, with the carrier being USPS who sent my package on a world tour after getting blocked at customs. If it were not packaged so well (another +) it likely would have picked up some damage on the way. Keep in mind I ordered across the border so may not be a consideration). Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this seller to anyone.

2 out of 5 starsI am very happy with my card! On the other hand, a little disappointed with the state in which she arrived: 2 corners were damaged, which takes away beauty for sure ... For the shipping price + customs taxes + item price, I wish I had it in perfect condition... Otherwise, for customer service, I have nothing to say!
