5 out of 5 starsI’m not sure what USPS, had against my first order but it arrived damaged on both sides. Since this was a gift I was disappointed, however, I contacted Tamar and she responded the same day and sent out another one soon after. The second one arrived in excellent condition and the gift recipient loved it. I loved the great customer service and the keychain.
