As an artist I have been drawn to various art forms throughout my entire life. I've experimented with oil, water, and acrylic painting; drawing;pottery;textiles; sculpture; writing; silver and beaded jewelry.

I continue to try new developing areas at every possible opportunity. Some of them work out well for me ---others---um, not so much. You may still find some of my early experiments at various garage sales and Goodwill shops around the U.S. No doubt Archeologists will find a few in the distant future during their landfill excavation activities. But each discipline brings a different focus and expression. The fantastic alternatives allow me to convey myself in very different ways. When I'm inspired to something new, I simply move to another medium. It's a wonderful way to keep everything fresh and interesting.

Since my 20s I've embraced travel and adventure. I've been to/lived in England, Scotland, Ireland, Whales, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Egypt, South Africa, China, Hong Kong, Macau, India, Russia, Thailand, Laos, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Chile, Peru, Brazil, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Jamaica, Haiti, The Dominican Republic, Honduras, Morocco, Estonia, Norway, Finland, Iceland,Mexico, Canada, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all over the United States. I still have quite a few places to go.

Exposure to cultures and people around the country and the world has shown me everyone has a talent. I am convinced everyone has their own creativity in one form or another - visual arts, cooking, sewing, woodworking, teaching, etc etc etc.

My personal goals are to send my pieces out into the world to share something of myself; and to encourage everyone to express their own creativity and individuality.
