Payment
PayPal is my preferred method of payment, as it easiest for me; though I also accept gold bouillon and unmarked bills.

Made to Order works (AKA Commissions), require a 50% deposit, and will typically require a minimum of two weeks to complete, though this obviously varies depending on the piece, and will be established with the buyer in advance.
Shipping
There are several options available for shipping, depending on the level of risk the buyer is willing to assume.

Shipping Methods:
Canvas Works
These may be removed from the frame and placed in a special shipping tube, with the disassembled frame shipped in a separate box. The buyer may then take the piece to a framing shop to have the work remounted.

Alternately, the work may be packed in bubble wrap and labelled with an abundance of "Fragile, This End Up" stickers. This is the most economical option, but is also the riskiest.

Finally, the works may be packed in crates, custom built with project board and appropriately sized lumber. This is obviously the most expensive option, but does secure the safety of the work.

Board Paintings
Most board paintings will be sufficiently safe in bubble-wrap and protective papers inside a cardboard sleeve, however, if extra protection is desired, they may also be crate shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
Commissions are non-refundable, though touch-up work and minor adjustments are an option, for the cost of shipping and a $50 fee.

Other works may be returned, though the buyer will be required to cover the cost of shipping.

Damage resulting from the shipping method chosen is not a valid reason to seek a refund, however partial refunds will be considered under certain circumstances.
Additional policies and FAQs
Commissions are generally quite fun to do, and are an enjoyable experience for both parties. If you have a specific image in mind, from say a photograph or other work, the cost is generally based on size of the work. More involved pieces, requiring consultations (usually via Etsy Conversations) may cost a bit more, depending on the degree of planning necessary.

Estimate are of course available, just get in touch and let me know what you have in mind.
