Shipping- All items will ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail (based on weight) within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please note the customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping information. Please double check all fields are correct before final checkout. If you are ordering a Pre-Ordered item, please review the item description and note production time and expected shipping date.

Shipping Disclaimer- KaAn's Designs is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. In these rare instances/ situations please contact your local post office or usps.com regarding your concerns.

International Shipping- We do ship internationally through USPS International First Class Mail, which does provide (some) international tracking. Any additional custom fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns- All sale/discounted items are final and no returns will be accepted. For all other items, returns of unwashed, unworn, tags attached items will be accepted within 7 days of your USPS delivery date. We have a no refund policy. Once your return is received a store credit will be issued in the purchase amount. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
