    We love making an alternative source for your wedding favors, party supplies and whatever else your imagination can come up with.

    I gladly accept returns and exchanges

    Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    Due to the custom made and personalized nature of our items, returns are usually not accepted. Please read all descriptions carefully before you purchase to be sure you are ordering the size that you want. You must receive an authorization for return which must be requested within 10 business days from receipt of your item. If an order has been authorized for return, the buyer is responsible for original shipping and return shipping, unless we have made an error on our part.

    We aren't responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package tracking shows it has been delivered and you can't locate it, please ask other people who live at your residence and also your neighbors to see if they have seen it. If not, please contact your local post office to verify that they delivered the package to the right address.
    Payment
    We accept PayPal and Direct Checkout through Etsy.

    If you need to cancel an order, please let us know right away. Once an order ships, it won't be able to be cancelled.
    Shipping
    We ship First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail to ensure that the seeds and seed papers arrive as quickly as possible. This is important during damp or humid weather. We don't want the little seeds exposed to extreme situations for any length of time. Priority Mail is available as a shipping upgrade.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    We make all of the paper items in my store by hand using cold water to save energy. The very nature of handmade items make them unique and distinctive. Variations are to be expected and only add to their charm. Please note that the seed paper is made is a smoke free but pet friendly environment.
