Refunds and Exchanges
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 2 business days after receiving your item, minus shipping costs. And only if notified via e-mail.
The item must be in good condition. Please send the item back with delivery confirmation.
If purchases arrive damaged, contact will need to be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of you country's tax regulations. should they occur, we are not responsible for those charges.
