The necklace is gorgeous, expertly made with a lot of attention to detail. The colors are exactly as photographed. I hope to be back! Thank you.

This shipped in the time it was supposed to and the earrings were absolutely stunning. Unique, delicate, and looked high quality. Bought them for my sister as a birthday present and she loved them.

Long simple earrings with gorgeous moonstones, one of a few in a series I've made with these pyrites.

Who I Am

Handcrafting had always been a part of my life ever since I can remember.

My grandmother had been my personal seamstress who had made a large part of my wardrobe into my early twenties. I had spent many summers making something with fabric, washi paper, embroidery threads, and practically just about anything in her house.

My mother is a quilt artist and her work has been exhibited in quilt shows around the world. I grew up watching her sketching out the design, choosing fabric, stitching by hand, and give attention to the smallest details.

So it came naturally that I took on something, and it happened to be jewelry making.
It started out with making something for myself, or just trying out new techniques from books.

The first time someone paid me for my jewelry was when I was working at a securities firm right after graduating university. A trader noticed the jewelry I wore to work and asked me if I can make something that would match her dress she was planning to wear to a party. So she brought in her red dress and purple heels, I brought my set of beads and we discussed the design late at night on the trading floor.

After that, I started sharing my work on Facebook, and my friends would buy them if they saw anything they liked.
I opened my Etsy shop in 2010 after having my first child. I had spare time at home, the desire to create, but had no place to wear the jewelry I made. So selling them online gave me the motivation to keep on doing what I loved.

After five years of maternity / parental leave, I went back to working as a financial analyst at a global company. And that is what I currently do as a full time job. I spend most of my time tackling excel sheets and financial systems, which I actually like.

I am often moved by intuition on my creative side, but like to be very logical and numeric when it comes to working in the office. I love to wine and dine, be social and talkative, but also like being alone and spending time in a quiet place. I guess there are two very opposing sides to me, which balances out who I am.

Though I have very limited time resource, I try to give a lot of thought to what I list in my shop. I question myself from time to time whether I would buy them myself, and remove anything that I wouldn't.

I believe you gain confidence in wearing what you really love, make you happy through out your day, and I hope my jewelry will be a part of that.

For necklaces that have a front and back, the clasps will come to your right hand. I can change it to the left if it will make it easier for you to handle.

For some earring, I can change the pierce part to titanium or plastic if you are allergic to the metal used. Please note that in some cases, this may slightly change the design.

For both changes, please let me know at the time of purchase.

If more than one item is purchased, they will be packaged together in the same box. If you would like them packaged separately, please notify me in the note to seller area. In such cases, I will mark the box so that you will know what is inside.

I may reuse air cushions and you may notice some small holes or rips on them, but will not have any effect on protecting your jewelry. Other wrapping supplies and envelopes, cards will always be new.

I kindly ask you to handle each piece with care.
Though I give my full attention to make them all durable and secure, due to the designs, some may be very fragile.

Thank you for taking your time to read through my policies!
