*Delay in international shipments due to COVID-19*
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, many airlines announced that they will reduce flights globally. Please expect a delay in processing and delivery of international shipments during this period. Estimated delivery time to Europe and USA is 10 to 40 business days. Please note that delivery time is based on estimation, cannot be guaranteed.

*Expedited Shipping to USA and Australia is available upon request, estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. During the pandemic, this is highly recommended if fast shipping is required with deadline such as wedding, birthday etc. If you require expedited shipping, please contact me before you purchase. For expedited shipping kindly provide your contact number at checkout for tracking purposes. Please leave your contact number in note to seller.

*Shipping charges for Singapore order is $1.50 only to ship by normal mail. For orders sent by Singpost Tracked Package, your contact number is required for tracking purposes. Please provide your contact number at checkout in note to seller.

*PACKAGING AND GIFT WRAPPING
All items will be gift wrapped, ready for gift giving.
I usually pack multiple items in a box. Please leave me a note if you want them to be packed individually.

*SHIPPING
Singapore orders delivery time: 2 to 5 businesses days

International orders delivery time:
Asia: from 7 to 30 business days
Australia and New Zealand: from 8 to 40 business days

USA and Europe : from 14 to 40 business days
Please contact me for any wedding or time sensitive order.

All order will be shipped from Singapore.

International order will be shipped by Singapore Post registered airmail with tracking number ,you need to sign for your package when it is delivered to you. If you prefer it to be shipped by normal airmail (without tracking number) please contact me for details before you purchase.
Domestic order (Singapore address) will be mailed by Singapore Post normal mail, upgrade to tracked package or Speedpost is available at additional charges.

I will send shipping notice through Etsy once your order has been shipped. For registered mail, the tracking number will be provided in the shipping notice for your tracking purposes.
