We bring you a unique selection of imported European designs for baptisms/christenings and weddings. From traditional to modern style, Karamela Creations has an exclusive variety of lambades, ladopana, boubounieres (favors), baptismal clothing, stefana, and much more!

We carry the Sarah-Louise collection from England, which is more of traditional christening apparel – as well as the most contemporary baptismal attire, favors, and wedding essentials imported from Greece.

Karamela Creations specializes in custom favors. This is one of the reasons we launched our company – to help you create from your one-of-a-kind ideas. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive (except for Easter candles). If something is out of stock, we need to account for time for our products to arrive from Greece. For items that are already in stock, we will gladly ship them to you within 3-5 days – and then your shipping time is about 2-5 business days, depending on which shipping method you choose and where you live. All our boubounieres (favors) are custom made when you place your order, so please allow time for your distinctive favors to be created.
Shipping charges are based on size and weight of the boxes used for your products. We use UPS to ship your order. PLEASE NOTE THAT AS OF MARCH 2015, UPS RATES HAVE GONE UP. We recommend that your large 36 inch candle be shipped with UPS. If you prefer to have it shipped with USPS please let us know.

Easter candles will now be shipped with USPS. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Please also note that you do not have to sign up for an account with PayPal, you can simply use the service as a guest to pay for your items.
Refunds and Exchanges

CANCELLATION: In order to cancel your order and receive a full refund, you must contact us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours from the time you originally placed your order – no exceptions.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We have a NO REFUNDS policy. If you decide that you want to return your purchase, you may exchange it for something else, or be issued a store credit. You have 2 days, or 48 hours, to inspect the products from the day they were delivered to you. Your return package(s) must be postmarked on or before the 3rd day from when your order was delivered to you (day 1); otherwise no exchange or store credit will be processed. The return shipping charges are your responsibility.

The store credit does not expire. The store credit is not transferable.

In order to exchange your purchase or be issued a store credit, your items must be returned as they were sent to you!

All merchandise must have their original tags, hangers,
plastic bags, or other box packaging.
All merchandise must have all parts of their original set.
Merchandise such as stefana may not be removed from their original box.
All merchandise must be in original, clean condition.
If any merchandise you return to us does not meet the above criteria, you will not receive an exchange or credit. If any items are damaged due to stains, hair, smoke or anything else that has lessened the quality of our products, you will not receive an exchange or credit!

RETURN SHIPPING: When you return something to us for an exchange or credit, we recommend you purchase insurance for the full amount of your purchase and request proof of delivery. All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please pack items in packages neatly and carefully, the way they came to you (i.e. with bubble wrap, padding, popcorn, etc.) If items are damaged during shipping back to our store due to carelessness, you will be charged for the merchandise.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive any items damaged from shipping, you need to contact us immediately. We will send you the new merchandise to replace the damaged merchandise, and a return shipping label. The damaged items need to be back in our store within 10 days of when you received your return shipping label, otherwise those items are yours and you will be charged.

Please call us or e-mail us within 24 hours from when your order was delivered to you, if you receive any items that are damaged – otherwise you will be charged for the replacement items.
