She was super helpful with making sure the measurements were correct and made some alterations to my wishes (open back with lacing and padded bust) and also made a matching veil upon my request. I was scared to order online initially but the final result was amazing and the customer service was incredible all the way through. We ran into a slight issue our end with shipping and Karina did everything she could to help us resolve the problem!

I was definitely skeptical about buying a dress online but this dress was totally worth it. It was truly beautiful and very comfortable. The amount of detail in it was insane. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because it was very long in the front and I was tripping over it all night. Also it could not be bustled. But I am so happy with my purchase and I’d do it all over again if I could.

This dress… it’s unbelievable. I always wanted a black wedding dress and when I saw this one, I knew I had to have it. The reviews about fit did have me a little worried, but Karina is amazing. Everything fit perfectly with enough room to move comfortably. I couldn’t have asked for a better dress. She really did help make my dreams come true. This dress is stunning! The fit is absolutely perfect!! I spoke with the maker a few times just to make sure our timeline was good, she sent pics of her work in progress and notified me when item was shipped. I’m hoping I can add pics after I submit the review. Love it!! I did have to pay another $200 to UPS for international shipping (government fees) before they delivered.

Karina went above and beyond. My cape got lost in shipping. And she made another one and expressed shipped it to me because my wedding was coming up. I was in a panic but she sent me a new one right away. She was very responsive and always replied to my questions. I will definitely refer people to her. I am very great full she helped me the way she did. My wedding would have not been what it was without her. Thank you so very much!

Karina did absolutely amazing!!!! This dress is everything I hoped and dreamed, and it fits me perfectly so I don’t have to worry about needing extra tailoring!! She was very communicative throughout the process and I couldn’t be happier, the only thing I will mention is I did have to pay a $350 importing fee because it was international (I’m located in Utah in the US) and this is clearly stated on her page that it may be required I just didn’t see it beforehand so just a heads up on that, but the dress looks just like the picture and I seriously can’t thank Sherbon clothing enough!!!
