I know how hard it can be to buy something you can't see or touch in person. So I offer a no-hassle, 100% satisfaction guarantee on every item in my shop.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason at all, please let me know right away. I will do my very best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction or, if you prefer, I will refund your full purchase price, including shipping -- assuming your item is returned unworn and in like-new condition. I'll even refund your return shipping!
PayPal preferred.

If you have a credit card or debit card, you can still use PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. It's easy! Here's how to do it:

Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with your credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account!

I will ship your item as soon as possible after I receive payment confirmation. If payment is not received within three days of purchase, I do reserve the right to re-list the item.

My shop also participates in Etsy's direct checkout and accepts Etsy gift cards.
I will ship to the mailing address on your Etsy account, rather than your PayPal address. So please be sure your Etsy address is correct. Thanks!

For items in stock, I try to ship the very next business day after payment is received. Within the USA, I ship every item via USPS Priority Mail, unless the listing specifies otherwise or you request another form of shipment. With Priority Mail, you should receive your item 2-3 business days after the day it's mailed.

Priority Mail shipping within the USA is free.

Those of you who reside in other countries will pay actual shipping costs. I never inflate shipping rates or add charges for "handling". If your actual postage is less than what you paid with your order, I'll refund the difference to your PayPal account as soon as I return from the Post Office. If your actual postage is more than what you paid with your order, you will not be charged for the excess.

Let me know if you want your item insured. You'll pay actual insurance cost levied by the Post Office.

PLEASE NOTE: Although most items sent via Priority Mail will arrive in 2-3 business days here in the USA, I obviously can't be responsible for Post Office mistakes, the weather, etc. So please allow up to 5 business days after shipping for delivery within the lower 48 states, just in case.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I'm happy to ship your purchase internationally. International mail is sent First Class International.

Priority and Express mail are available, too. Please inquire for rates. Again, you'll pay actual postage only.

And please be aware that:

(1) Duty or fees may be required of the recipient.

(2) By law, custom forms require that I state the actual purchase amount on the customs forms.

I will be happy to work with you to determine the best international shipping rate for your item, and I'll let you know when your item ships. However, estimated delivery dates vary by destination, and every country's customs duties and fees are unique. I encourage you to contact your customs department to determine what duties and fees may be levied by your country before placing your order, so you will know what to expect.

GARMENT CARE: Hand-knit items made of premium quality, luxury yarns will give you the most pleasure, and stay looking brand-new much longer, if they are properly cared for. Machine washing and drying can ruin fine garments.

All items in my shop should be gently hand washed and dried flat.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Sometimes we know what we're looking for, but we just can't seem to find quite the right item in ready-made. If there's something special you're looking for, feel free to contact me. I'm happy to help you you find the right pattern, a wonderful yarn, or both.

Or, if you see something you like in the "SOLD" section of my shop and that item is no longer listed for sale in my shop, drop me an email. I'd be happy to make one for you, if time and materials permit.
