Congratulations! You've had fun in my closet and now you're ready to check out with your new and delightful selections. Isn't this fun!

Now you'll want to make sure you've read my policies below so we don't have any surprises.

My policies are based on making this transaction best for both of us but I do understand that sometimes there are special circumstances and where possible I can make acceptations. So contact me to discuss your needs before going to checkout and we see what we can do.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept and prefer PayPal.
Upon checkout please pay within 24hours.

Items left in a cart will be put back in the Closet if I don't hear from you.

If you would like another method of payment please contact me to discuss possible arrangements before checking out. I will ship after payment has been cleared.
Shipping
I will ship within 2 days of cleared payment for regular listings.

Custom orders usually require more time and I will let you know what to expect before you checkout.

I ship by Canada Post unless other arrangements have been made. On large orders I advise you to go the extra bit and pay for insurance and a tracking number can be reassuring that your package is indeed still on it's way.

I do not take responsibilities for items that are lost or damaged in shipping.
Customers making International orders may need to cheek with their customs to ensure cleared arrival.
Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Untimely you and I want to avoid the need for a Return & Refund or Exchange right?
So make sure to:
1) Read the listing top to bottom
2) Read my Policies before ordering.
3) Ask me everything before you order. All your questions are
important to having a successful transaction!

I know that seems sort of obvious but I’ve been known to get lost in the excitement of finding that perfect thing and rush to order.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

- For sanitary reasons I can not take back hair accessories that have been worn. So make sure you are satisfied with your item before wearing. If you would like to exchange before wearing you can do so by following the steps below.


- I check all items carefully before shipping but if there are any concerns regarding quality of craftsmanship let me know right away so we can make arrangements for a return and refund or exchange.

Returns must be Shipped within 7 days & Only with Prior Approval so:

1) Check your item immediately and carefully.
2) Let me know if you have any concerns and we can work together
to resolve them.
3) Items must be returned in original packaging or of similar quality
4) On Exchanges you are responsible for
---- a) The cost of shipping the item back to me
---- b) The cost for my shipping of the exchanged item to you
---- c) The difference in price of the new item from the original
unless it is less in which case I will refund the difference

6) If the return is an issue of craftsmanship I will refund the cost of item and original shipping and the cost of return shipping by the prearranged method.
